Work you ll do
Managers are central to our success! You will lead project work streams or components of large, complex engagements and oversee the analyses required to develop meaningful insights to address our clients biggest challenges. These challenges encompass everything from helping clients increase revenues, decrease costs, accelerate cash flow, improve margin or optimize their operations (people, processes, technology, etc.). You will interface directly with our clients, you will develop and mentor your junior colleagues, and you will enhance your skillset by working with Deloitte experts across the firm.
Our strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation. Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Strategy will help our clients:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
6 years of professional experience, either functioning as a manager in a consulting environment, or managing teams in an operating environment
Experience crafting and implementing strategies for growth at the corporate, business or product level
Experience in financial analysis and working with data inputs from multiple sources
Experience with developing models using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, or other tools (Tableau)
Experience with working with senior executives to develop, define and execute margin improvement strategies with Fortune 500 companies on a global basis
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of ability to influence others and lead team
Ability to travel up to 80%
Advanced degree in business (e.g. MBA) from a top tier program
Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Willingness to mentor junior staff
Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
