Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Enabling organizations to operate differently in support of their business strategy. Organization transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, involving both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and leveraging behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive the change. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Participating in leadership and stakeholder meetings to understand business issues, analyzing business requirements and strategic objectives, and developing tactical action plans to mitigate organizational challenges. Creating process flow documents and designing diagrams for standard business processes, and developing knowledge transfer documents and training modules to enable end user awareness and adoption. Performing market research, conducting competitive benchmarking, and implementing industry best practices to streamline existing business processes and build standardized operating procedures for organizations. Assisting in implementing new enterprise wide systems and technologies, and supporting the IT Business Group as a HR Business Partner in implementing employee engagement and communication strategies. Participating in gathering requirements, conducting meetings with business end users to understand user requirements and business objectives, and communicating requirements to project teams and development teams for developing recruitment management systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Participating in leadership and stakeholder meetings to understand business issues, analyzing business requirements and strategic objectives, and developing tactical action plans to mitigate organizational challenges;

  • Creating process flow documents and designing diagrams for standard business processes, and developing knowledge transfer documents and training modules to enable end user awareness and adoption;

  • Performing market research, conducting competitive benchmarking, and implementing industry best practices to streamline existing business processes and build standardized operating procedures for organizations;

  • Assisting in implementing new enterprise wide systems and technologies, and supporting the IT Business Group as a HR Business Partner in implementing employee engagement and communication strategies;

  • 80% travel required.
