Deloitte Senior, Brand Sponsorship in Chicago, Illinois
We re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for sports, sponsorships and marketing to join our Sponsorship team as part of Marketing & Communications. As part of US Brand, the Sponsorship COE oversees a portfolio of firm-approved national sponsorship relationships, building programs to promote Deloitte across properties, building our brand with external and internal audiences. In this role, this individual will work closely with the broader Sponsorship team to drive event engagement and monitor performance. He or she will support a Sponsorship Manager in social / digital activation of marquee properties, with a focus on tracking and analyzing performance of different channels, working in conjunction with key members of the extended M&C team. Finally, this individual also will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications around events. Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years of experience, including strong comfort with Excel and data manipulation.
Work you ll do
Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on marquee event engagement, leveraging registration data to derive insights and shape decision making
Provide input into invitation strategy and outreach, including analyzing account trends and recommending specific connections based on pipeline reports
Work with social / digital brand marketing manager to think through strategic plans, key touchpoints and overall framework to amplify sponsorships
Coordinate with M&C Value Delivery team to capture and evaluate relevant social & digital metrics, identifying / recommending opportunities to shift investment mix
Project manage social and digital timelines and roadmap in support of brand goals, working with internal M&C colleagues
Facilitate internal and external communications, including managing email traffic as needed related to marquee event registration
Skills and Competencies:
Experience managing / manipulating data to create accessible reports and meaningful analysis for leadership
Passion for sponsorship, brand and/ or marketing disciplines, with strong writing skills and awareness of or interest in social and digital marketing metrics
High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex threads of work
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a virtual environment
