Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions.

• Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

• Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of SAP Basis Experience / HANA Basis Experience

• Managing business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions

• Experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator with a focus on HANA administration

• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• ChaRM troubleshooting and knowledge

• Proficiency in SAP SLT configuration, monitoring, and replication setup.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS, HANA administration, SAP SLT, and HANA XSA

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

• Excellent Written and Communication Skills

• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
