Deloitte Servicesis adding to its team of experienced top-performing Life Sciences IndustrySector sales professionals that focus on finding and growing net-new MedicalDevice, Diagnostics, Medical Therapeutics (MedTech) consulting clients. This is an executive-level sales role thatsupport the Industry Sector Sales Leader and Life Science Industry Sales Leader. The role demands a highly polishedhunter-entrepreneur, with deep understanding of today s life sciences /healthcare industry issues specifically in the area of MedTech, and theirstrategic implications to potential clients and respective market segments. Specifically,candidates will be expected to have recent demonstrated net-new clientdevelopment track-record of achievement with an emphasis on large, strategicallytransformative, technology-led programs in one or more of the following businessareas: R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations, Commercial,Digital Transformation, and HR transformation or Finance. Analytics, RPA, Master Data, compliance andcyber security are already inherent to the major business and offeringcapability areas.

The Team

The Sales Executive team supports Deloitte s businesses inuncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-handwith Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focustheir highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targetsand decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective salesstrategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to thepursuit team throughout the sales process.

What you will do :

The LifeSciences Industry Sector Sales Executive (SE) is an individual contributorhunter-entrepreneur, responsible for securing new clients and driving incrementalconsulting revenue for services and solutions at the direction of sectorPartners, Principals and Directors.

  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed sales objectives

  • Collaborate with Deloitte leadership to formulate and drive various go-to-market priority sales campaigns that create demand and generate incremental pipeline

  • Lead other complex selling efforts that identify, qualify, cultivate and close new business from a targeted list of MedTech prospects.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and how to differentiate the Firm s offerings

  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at all levels within the client organization

  • Play a key role alongside pursuit leaders to: help frame Deloitte s differentiated value story; develop strategic win themes for proposals; and provide coaching and other professional sales support for client facing presentations.

  • Represent Deloitte by spending time in the field, and at conferences/policy forums.

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data working with Sales Operations team
