Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Lead both functional and technical teams in the resolution of client issues specific to configuration/system changes

Identify, troubleshoot and lead techno-functional teams in the resolution of complex healthcare issues in Epic Systems

Consult with executive leadership on identification of and help create strategies to improve business processes

Create and develop documentation highlighting potential technical challenges, while also consulting on potential technical solutions

Possess exceptional analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills

Lead both internal and external teams on completion of project deliverables in accordance with clients timelines

The Team

Our Sector Packages practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business. Examples of the type of work we deliver to our clients includes Digital CARE (Epic), Insurance CST (Guidewire), and Digital Banking Solutions (nCino).

The team brings experience from across Deloitte to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions by industry strategy. Professionals will focus on key client issues that are at the core of the business by integrating our industry expertise with deep technical and operational transformation capabilities.



Bachelor s degree, preferably in healthcare, business, technology or related fields

Experience implementing Epic Ambulatory systems specific to: documentation of visits, order placement, prescription processing, in-office procedures, review of medical results, and patient communication

Experience leading both Epic functional and technical teams to help improve process initiatives

7 years of experience with hospital financial and patient accounting system EPIC

Expert knowledge of Epic Care Ambulatory system and NVT Modules

Hands on experience with Epic application implementation of add-ons, and deployment of system enhancements/optimizations

Lead experience with ICD-10 conversions as well as remediation of ambulatory content

Manage teams on the reconciliation of lab errors, e-prescribing and MyChart errors

Epic Ambulatory Certification is required

Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills

Preferred Requirements

Certification in any of the following: EpicCare Ambulatory, Care EveryWhere, MyChart, Workbench, EpicCare Inpatient, Willow, ASAP, Beacon, Radiant, OpTime and Kaleidoscope
