Work you ll do
As a Manager, you willlead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, andimplement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence byidentifying key client business issues, determining client needs bysupplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovativeapproaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendationsfor the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will beexpected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectivelymanage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals forbusiness development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead smallengagements or components of large, complex engagements. Additionalresponsibilities will include:

Customer expectations for digital connectivity and ease of access aredriving business process redesign around the customer experience. Connectivityto the grid is key, and companies are adopting new strategies for assetmaintenance and more efficient methods of energy generation anddistribution. Our OperationsTransformation team focuses on transforming our clients core businessoperations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused onheart of the business issues in specific sectors including Health Care,Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type ofwork we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment &Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.
Our clients seek a freshperspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported bya strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sectorknowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take amore strategic view of our clients priorities, helping them to prepare forgrowth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.
A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience,
A Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience in leading small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.
Ability to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
Prior experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
Ability to demonstrate experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Experience in developing and presenting proposals for business development activities.
The ability to travel up to 80%.
In addition, successfulManagers will also have the following preferred skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
An advanced degree is preferred.
