Work you ll do
The Contact Center team will coordinate activities related to the design and implementation of a new integrated enterprise-wide Contact Center/Telephony CRM solution. The Omni-Channel Contact Center lead engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Contact Center solution using a Cisco WebEx Contact Center Enterprise solution that is integrated with a Salesforce CRM platform to create Universal agent queues for Voice, Agent Chat, Agent Email, and Salesforce case interactions.
5 years of Contact Center Experience
2 years of Omni-Channel Contact Center Experience
Must have a Bachelor s degree or higher education
Ability to travel up to 75% (While 75% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
3 years of Salesforce CRM platform experience
5 years of Cisco Webex Enterprise solution experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
