Motion Graphics Designer
Deloitte Studios is a full-service creative agency within Deloitte Digital. A newly formed group that brings together our Digital Experience capabilities and our Advertising/Marketing teams into new kind of Creative agency. We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it - influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. Work You'll Do
Design cutting edge motion graphics to bring our videos to life - some may be integrated overlays with live action, and others may be animated explainer videos
Provide creative vision to the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work
Create 2D and 3D motion graphics from scratch
Be a key part of the original creative vision at the start of each project (we're not just going to hand you a pile of assets and wish you luck), to include pitching original concepts, and development of storyboards and/or treatment books

Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
3+ years of experience creating and animating motion graphics (AE experience mandatory)
3+ years of experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, pitch design concepts, iterate on content, and deliver the final product
Cinema 4D experience (fundamental knowledge of modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation)
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
A strong sense of editorial timing and direction
History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Foundational UI/UX knowledge
Working knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
2+ years of experience editing video assets (Premiere preferred)
Designing and animating for 360 /immersive video content
Color correction experience
