Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Engage new business opportunities. Lead the development of use cases and design documents, documentation and revision of system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. Provide solution design and plan migration activities. Oversee testing, maintenance, monitoring and installation of computer programs and systems. Oversee code review and correct code errors to improve application performance. Develop applications for Population Health Management enabling health care providers the ability to make decisions. Design and develop components for Provider Portals including Clinical Inboxes that allow providers to safely and securely exchange messages containing patient health information (PHI). Interact with customers to obtain requirement insights and charting out the release plan for the program. Design User Interfaces for portal projects to provide optimal customer experience aligned with business requirements. Support engineering closure of a release by fixing defects and putting together Service and Support & Training guides. Analyze vendors and approaches for different technologies and tools including Reporting tools BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), MS, Jasper, content providers Adobe, Drupal, terminology content providers Health Language, Inc. (HLI), InterComponentWare (ICW) and providing a fit gap assessment against the requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in the position above, as a Program Manager, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing applications for Population Health Management enabling health care providers the ability to make decisions;

  • Designing and developing components for Provider Portals including Clinical Inboxes that allow providers to safely and securely exchange messages containing patient health information (PHI);

  • Interacting with customers to obtain requirement insights and charting out the release plan for the program;

  • Designing User Interfaces for portal projects to provide optimal customer experience aligned with business requirements;

  • Supporting engineering closure of a release by fixing defects and putting together Service and Support & Training guides;

  • Analyzing vendors and approaches for different technologies and tools including Reporting tools BIRT, MS, Jasper, content providers Adobe, Drupal, terminology content providers Health Language, Inc. (HLI), InterComponentWare (ICW) and providing a fit gap assessment against the requirements.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
