Work you ll do
As a Manager in Real Estate Technology, you willlead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, andimplement real estate technology solutions, including IBM TRIRIGA and DeloitteLeasePoint. Manager level responsibilities include: defining anddocumenting key client business issues, understanding where and how real estatetechnology can be leveraged to address such business issues, and developingrecommendations for the client in the context of the overall strategy, systemselection or implementation engagement. You will be expected to implementand oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional andtechnical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation andday-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers alsoparticipate in the development and presentation of proposals for businessdevelopment activities.
At the Manager level, we are looking for individualswith experience in:
Real estate technology strategydevelopment (including business case development and implementation road mapdesign)
Real estate technology vendorselection or solution evaluation
Functional knowledge of IWMSsolutions such as IBM TRIRIGA and Manhattan
Technical knowledge ofimplementing and optimizing Lease Admin and Lease Accounting Solutions as wellas Transaction Management, Capital Projects, and Operations and MaintenanceSolutions
Leading functional andtechnical teams in the design and implementation of real estate technology solutions
Finance & Enterprise Performance
Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
A Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of management consulting and/or industry experience in corporate real estate and facilities management is required.
At least 6 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements (Tririga, Manhattan, Lease Admin.)
A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations.
A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
The ability to travel up to 80-100%.
An advanced degree in real estate or related field
Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence
Eagerness to mentor and counsel junior staff
Experience and understanding with robotic process automation, including vendors such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.
Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
