Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, Finance and Enterprise Performance in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Leading management consulting and analysis client engagements to improve business performance, drive shareholder value and create competitive advantages. Collaborating directly with senior client stakeholders to advise on strategic decisions and implementing business improvements in areas to include customer relationships, supply chain, mergers & acquisitions, financial management and program leadership. Driving the development of client recommendations on the full range of top management financial issues and strategies. Overseeing coordination of advisory services to optimize client portfolio of programs and projects by creating structured approaches to project management. Reviewing financial information analyses to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions. Overseeing and reviewing critical analysis and interpretation of data such as price, yield, stability, future trends in risks, and economic influences. Deliver plans of action for financial management based on financial analyses. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Developing, maintaining and expanding senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience as a management analyst/consultant or a position in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Advising CFOs on critical elements of Finance functions, including Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation;
Structuring solutions to optimize health plan finance functions based on benchmarking studies;
Developing visions for Finance organizations and driving execution through large-scale transformations encompassing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations;
Incorporating Digital world technologies, including process automation through robotics, predictive analytics and visualization, into Finance transformation consulting engagements;
Supporting the development and maintenance of engagement budgets, including through budget-driven resource allocation;
Leading change initiatives and cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Information Technology;
Supporting business development initiatives, including proposal development;
Establishing and delivering programs with multiple work streams and large, multi-functional teams, including IT, PMO, change management, process re-engineering, and organizational redesign.
80% travel required.
