Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for clients. Bring customized Salesforce project implementations to life by working closely with clients to understand their businesses, contact center systems and identify their requirements. Support defining systems strategy and developing system requirements within HR space and consumer products industry. Design, prototype, test, train, define support procedures and implement solutions. Work within a collaborative engagement model to help clients define, design, and implement technology solutions. Develop IT roadmap to deliver client s future state vision. Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Support the creation of functional and technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Organize and work with pursuit teams and participate and support aspects of the proposal development process. Contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Oversee configuration building, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Develop and implement solutions using interactive Agile methodologies in order to baseline requirements related to implementation times, testing periods and application design sessions. Drive user adoption by developing training materials and conducting workshops involving user provisioning on user access levels in accordance with organizational role. Oversee the utilization of navigation and usability techniques. Develop portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes between SAP, Salesforce.com and middleware. Create data and cost collection spreadsheets for contacts to understand the current system capabilities using Microsoft office tools. Lead business requirement gathering workshops (Joint Application Design) for CRM transformation projects with Business Stakeholders and map requirements to Salesforce features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Electronics or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, a Consultant or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Overseeing configuration building, system testing, and user acceptance testing;

  • Developing and implementing solutions using interactive Agile methodologies in order to baseline requirements related to implementation times, testing periods and application design sessions;

  • Driving user adoption by developing training materials and conducting workshops involving user provisioning on user access levels in accordance with organizational roles;

  • Overseeing the utilization of navigation and usability techniques;

  • Developing portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes between SAP, Salesforce.com and middleware;

  • Creating data and cost collection spreadsheets for contacts to understand the current system capabilities using Microsoft office tools;

  • Leading business requirement gathering workshops (Joint Application Design) for CRM transformation projects with Business Stakeholders and map requirements to Salesforce features.

  • In lieu of a Bachelor s degree, employer will accept two additional years of specialized experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
