Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Core Business Operations, Sector Packages in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Deliver large-scale transformation programs for financial services clients by defining engagement requirements, product management, and functional specifications along with validation and testing services. Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing complex IT programs to meet organizational goals. Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Maintain the efficiency of IT implementation project management processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk assessment. Lead testing efforts, including system, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing. Develop the testing strategy for large-scale programs and ensure requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle. Supervise project team in analyzing all phases of manual and automated testing, functional and non-functional requirements, functional design specifications, release management, and environment management documents. Gather business requirements, conduct functional and technical design sessions, and create requirements for software implementations using HP Quality Center, PegaRules, Microsoft Visio, and ARIS. Perform technology transformations and system modernizations by analyzing existing code and identifying gaps using Maxenso. Perform system implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies by leveraging JIRA and Rally. Drive and deliver Waterfall implementations by defining project scope, identifying key work streams, and managing project costs utilizing Caliber. Define test strategy, execute end-to-end test cycles for SIT, UAT, and perform root cause analysis using HP Quality Center and Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Execute system testing and troubleshooting, including functional, non-functional, system integration, end-to-end volume, and usability testing of applications with end users. Construct as-is technical and functional assessment reports, identify gaps with market practices and develop solutions.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Information Systems Management, IT, or a related field.
Five years of years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, a Senior Consultant, or a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Gathering business requirements, conducting functional and technical design sessions, and creating requirements for software implementations using HP Quality Center, PegaRules, Microsoft Visio and ARIS;
Performing technology transformations and system modernizations by analyzing existing code and identifying gaps using Maxenso;
