Deloitte Manager – Agile Internal Audit Coaching/Transformation in Chicago, Illinois

Deloitte s Internal Audit practice is looking for Agile coaches to help ustransform our clients ways of working by coaching them in Agile IA. We ask that the coaches assist us as we transform the way we deliverinternal audit services by providing this same coaching to our Deloitte riskprofessionals.

Our approach is feedback driven, co-creative and customized as we partnerwith our clients (internal and external) to design, implement, train, and coachinternal audit functions in a new way of working. Each member of ourprofessional team is a strategic thinker, with a passion for helping internalaudit innovate the way they work. Success is discovered through asking ourclients the tough questions, challenging them towards making real, sustainablechange and helping them achieve the change, by working with them, side-by-side.

Whenyou join our team, you will

  • Work with clients in our unique Greenhouse visioning lab - a unique creative space inspired by design thinking, where you will facilitate them through the process of creating the one-size-fits-one Agile approach for IA

  • Train our clients in Scrum, Kanban and Lean approaches, specifically delivering our Agile IA Boot Camp and IA Coaching Dojos

  • Providing coaching to IA functions as they journey thought their business transformation process going from pilot projects to then transform their entire function with newly defined Agile IA processes, teams and technologies

  • Lead and manage large, medium and small organizations through their Agile IA transformations.

  • Engage with and influence C level executives

  • Influence and impassion clients to embrace agile as a means of transforming not only what they do but how they do it

  • Innovate on our current thinking and develop new approaches to change how organizations and teams deliver Agile IA

  • Provide oversight in development of project deliverables, managing to transformation timelines, and active coaching of teams and executives alike on Agile adoption

  • Excite and motivate fellow practitioners and set them up for success in completing their scope of work

  • Drive and support sales pursuits and business development within the Advisory Internal Audit practice

  • Contribute to knowledge management within our Agile IA practice

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6-10 years of professional relevant agile experience

  • Proven knowledge transfer, training delivery and leadership skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: both written and verbal

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project required

  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Safe, and others

  • Previous experience working as a consultant within a professional services firm

  • Experience coaching agile teams and management

  • Business development by bringing agile ways of working to IA both to internal and external clients

  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to apply structured thinking in solving problems

  • Ability to commit to a potentially high level of travel

Strong presence in the local Agile community
