Work you ll do
As a Senior ETL and Partner Integration Developer, you ll tailor customer experience & marketing data solutions to the business requirements and needs of our clients in and innovative and scalable design. You ll serve as the subject matter expert and overall solution design owner as it relates to ETL workflows and partner integration. The role requires an ability to learn new technologies rapidly and will be asked to implement designs using multiple tools, multiple partner vendors, in multiple clouds and in a scalable and cost effective way.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as senior ETL and partner integration developer and subject matter expert for customer experience & marketing data solutions during design, discovery, and build of the core platform.
Integrating multiple vendors in the marketing and advertising technology ecosystem.
Interfacing with product owners technical and business teams to gather business requirements to define technical architecture for customer experience & marketing data solutions.
Involving other domain specific SME s to support solution design.
Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, planning and design.
Proposing unique solutions to solve platform deliverables
Helping lead a team in order to deliver in the allotted timeline.

In addition to working daily with our client delivery teams to deliver leading solutions, you ll also work closely with our engagement managers, technologists, and various domain SMEs focused on understanding our clients needs to drive our development efforts.
3-5 years of experience working with the major ETL tools(Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, and similar)
3-5 years of relevant experience integrating marketing technology (Adobe, SFMC, Oracle and similar)
1-3 years of relevant experience working with data integration methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Custom API, Segment, Tealium, and similar)
Experience with major public cloud offerings and how to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)
3-5 years of relevant experience data management platforms including relational and non-relational data engines (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, MongoDB, HDFS, Snowflake, Big Query, and similar)
3-5 years relevant experience in highly available, scale-able, and resilient architectures
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and similar)
Understanding of marketing and advertising data management solutions (DMP, MDM, CDP, CRM, EDW)
Understanding and experience working with customer data and how to define uses for this data to enable business goals
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technology concepts with technical and non-technical individuals
