HCM/Payroll Workday Team Lead

Work you ll do

As an HCM/Payroll Workday Team Lead, you should expect to beinvolved in the following supporting our Higher Education Clients:

  • Lead a team with 3 to remediate the HR, Payroll, Time Tracking for a Workday FIN implementation as a result of HCM being deployed.

  • Be the escalation point for critical functional issues

  • Oversee all functional work streams

  • Provide direction and guidance to functional consultants

  • Serve as the primary correspondent for client communications.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm

  • Completed a full cycle Workday HCM/Payroll implementation.

  • Experience supervising teams.

  • Operational HCM or Payroll experience.

  • Demonstrated success of hands-on experience with Workday implementations

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Travel up to 80-100% (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
