We re looking for talented Consultants / Senior Consultants with exceptional problem-solving skills to join Deloitte s Strategy & Operations Competency group. Work You ll Do
As a Strategy & Operations Consultant / Senior Consultant, you ll work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and organization problems and will work alongside clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations productivity, performance, and strategic priorities. You ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill clients needs. While the specific job deliverables will vary according to clients needs, our Strategy & Operations Consultants / Senior Consultants have the broad skills needed to tackle a wide variety of initiatives.You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. You will work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Strategy & Operations Consultants / Senior Consultants will work with teams on activities such as the following:
Architect enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies
Advise clients on how to grow, integrate, and fundamentally evolve their organizations
Strengthen client relationships and develop strategies that leverage digital technologies and human centered design
Transform the heart of the organization and advise clients on standardized procedures and tools for increased efficiency
Develop strategic capabilities for core support functions
Drive core lifecycle activities to shape our client s needs
Our Strategy & Operations practitioners offer insightful recommendations and data-fueled strategies to help our clients address some of their most complex issues. We are a diverse and talented team that supports a collaborative culture and delivers value through the application of strategy and operational improvements. We tackle our clients operational strategy, financial management, supply management, innovation, and growth issues and help to enhance their performance, productivity, and strategic priorities. Current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in an MPA/MPP program
Strong academic track record (recommended minimum GPA of 3.5 & 650 GMAT; or GRE equivalent)
Two or more years experience
Ability to travel 80-100%
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
