Epic Senior Analyst-Tapestry- Project Delivery Specialist

Work you ll do
Working on some unique projects in our sector, you ll have the opportunity to transform the way health systems provide patient care through the implementation of an Epic Electronic Health Record. Your time will be spent not only designing, building, and testing the Epic Tapestry system, but also engaging with operations to prepare them to adopt new technology.
Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for their assigned Epic module
Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required
Responsible for supporting the client's Tapestry module within Epic, including responding to break-fix tickets, meeting with operational end-users to discuss issues as well as new functionality, preparing documentation, and working on enhancements, testing, and upgrades.

Our Core Industry Solutions practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business. Examples of the type of work we deliver to our clients includes Digital CARE (Epic), Insurance CST (Guidewire), and Digital Banking Solutions (nCino).
The team brings experience from across Deloitte to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions by industry strategy. Professionals will focus on key client issues that are at the core of the business by integrating our industry expertise with deep technical and operational transformation capabilities.
5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
Current or past certification in Epic Tapestry with at least one full Epic implementation, go-live, and post go-live support.
College degree or equivalent years of experience
3 to 6 years experience with Epic Tapestry
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
Superior communication and customer service abilities
Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
No Sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
IT or Healthcare related degree preferred
Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
Open to discussing the possibility of living within a commutable distance or relocating to the Champaign, IL area
