Data Analytics Leader

Work you ll do

A successful Data Analytics Leader will be someone who can define, manage and advance enterprise information management principles and programs on large IT projects, and ensure alignment of data analytics strategies with legal, information security, risk and audit compliance requirements. Characteristics of such a large IT system would include a multi-million dollar N-Tiered, in-production solution that integrates with multiple applications, interfaces with multiple external systems via web services, and is a consumer facing web based solution that is accessed by 1000s of distributed end customers. You will be expected to take advantage of the enterprise information assets and the analytics used on the project, to generate insights for the executive decision making, reporting and support in building the organizations strategic plan and road map. On a day to day basis you will be helping define the strategy and lead high performing teams in the development of data and analytics products, including identifying opportunities to improve processes, tool sets, etc. At an enterprise level, you will implement strategies to implement storing, organizing, cleansing, and enriching data, as well as ensure optimized performance and data integrity throughout all data analytics resources and activities.

The team

Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies heart of the business issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client s technology challenges.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  1. Minimum of ten (10) years lead experience, developing, implementing, and improving data analytics strategies and solutions on large projects.

  2. Minimum of five (5) years experience leading teams of analytics staff such as data architects, report developers, or data scientists on large projects.

  3. Minimum of three (3) years experience using business processes including research and data analysis, application of statistical research techniques, report or application development.

Desired Experience:

  1. Minimum of one (1) year experience implementing, or performing maintenance and operations on a large health care based enterprise wide system.

  2. Minimum of one (1) year experience working within the data warehouse environment requiring a solid understanding of data structures, ETLs, and reporting tools on large projects.
