We are looking for a self-starter to help us activate our internal sales channel, and support the sales process of our new products and solutions.

Work You ll Do:

As part of the Platforms Sales Enablement team, you will support and guide the Deloitte practitioners responsible for selling our products and solutions. This is a critical role in the overall strategy of the company and will be responsible for contributing to rapid growth through increasing new business. Responsibilities include:

  • Create strategic plans to enable the network of Principles and Sales Executives to meet product/solution sales targets and goals

  • Serve as a domain expert in sales enablement/channel development across a number of different products and solutions (i.e., guide how to set account plans and how to identify new channels to activate)

  • Organize and facilitate internal product go-to-market workshops for multiple products, working closely with Product Management and Marketing

  • Help the network (Product Sponsor, Sales Executives) identify and activate appropriate sales channels for their product or solution

  • Support the sales process for multiple products, providing written responses to sales teams developing proposals or responding to RFI/RFPs

  • Work with Marketing to customize product collateral to specific industries or sectors to support the sale of specific products/solutions


  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing/sales experience at a related level in a software product or professional services environment.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing/sales strategies and programs addressing business issues that target C-suite, executive and board-level audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in positioning software product business solutions.

  • Experience in SaaS software and product marketing/channel marketing/internal sales enablement strongly desired.

  • Superior messaging capabilities with strong examples of written materials

  • Hands-on messaging experience is highly desirable, particularly related to conveying complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style.

  • Proven ability to write sales decks, tear sheets and related collateral.

  • Demonstrated ability to write/edit internal communications, client success stories, software-related RFP/RFI responses, and support development of thought leadership.

  • Outstanding verbal communications skills.

  • Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a work environment in which priorities were frequently shifting.

  • Successful performance in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results.

  • Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task. Strong organizational skills, including project management experience.

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Open to travel as needed (up to 20%)
