Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Enabling organizations to operate differently in support of their business strategy. Organization transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, involving both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and leveraging behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive the change. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examining client products and how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience based on identity factors. Creating clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings, and presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress. Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery or software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients. Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments. Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs. Using a leading ERP implementation methodology and project management solutions to support the design and development of project solutions. Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables. Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Project, PMP, JIRA, and JAMA. Using JIRA to support AUT and System Integration Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions. Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments. Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.

  • One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:
