Work you ll do
As a Cloud Security Enterprise Architect and Engineer Senior Manager, you are expected to drive vision and delivery of the security roadmap for Deloitte s multi-cloud environment. You will be responsible for evaluating new solutions and developing the supporting elements required to incorporate new technologies in a safe and secure manner. Deloitte currently maintains large numbers of complex applications and your focus on security for infrastructure services and business applications (internal and external facing assets) will be paramount to our success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based development and security management in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments. For consideration to this job posting, candidates must possess hands-on experience in designing for both small and large-scale solutions with an emphasis on security and performance.
You will be responsible to lead cloud security engineers hands on to support cloud teams and be the practice leader in delivering code and functional capabilities in cloud security architecture, engineering and operations and contribute to the overall delivery, vision and strategy around cloud security program and governance. You will forge strategic relationships with key alliance partners and server as a senior leader. You will lead and coordinate the work integrated with project team comprised of multiple technical disciplines, including developers, subject matter experts, database administrators, system administrators, and system architects to implement and maintain enterprise-level information technology applications. The role serves as a Cloud business leader on all Cyber matters from best practices to Cloud controls covering required compliance requirements based on data classification. You will also serve as a senior advisor to leadership concerning the planning, development, design, procurement, maintenance and implementation of enterprise-level Cloud systems.
Responsibilities
10 Years of Enterprise Architecture and Engineering management experience leading productive, high functioning teams
Ability to keep managers and team members motivated, coach/mentor and handle performance management issues
Lead and deliver secure cloud eco system services across multiple Cloud Service Providers
Design, architecture and experience in delivering secure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS products
Guide product engineering teams to adopt security standards directly in the software and SSDLC
Experience in building software platforms and foundations for loud based products
Understanding of API Platforms, microservices foundations and development of security based eco systems
Work across Cloud teams and Business units to define security requirements, design and deliver secure Cloud platform solutions
Provide operational support and participate in agile teams focused on business unit success
Mentor engineers and architects in modern cloud best practices
Contribute to the implementation of wide-range IT systems and security integrated solutions
Incorporate business drivers, needs and strategies to address future business / technology needs
Work in Agile methodology and partner with scrum teams for secure application and/or infrastructure solution architecture
Work closely with development teams on Infrastructure as Code, Automation, and Orchestration
Communicate implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to business and IT Leadership
Drive the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices

Qualifications
10 years of experience with cybersecurity and designing and building services in security architectures for cloud and cloud-hybrid based systems
5 years of development experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP
Ability to lead team of cloud engineers
Experience in Agile development, SCRUM and cloud security and governance tools and application development methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems Security, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in large scale enterprise Cloud projects from ideation to finished production product
5 or more years of experience doing application and/or infrastructure solution architecture
4 or more years of experience building cloud architecture with Azure, using Azure Resource Manager, Azure IaaS, PaaS offerings and services in Azure Commercial offerings or the AWS equivalent products and services
4 years or more of hands-on experience migrating customers to the cloud and designing DevOps operational processes, deployment checklists, etc.
Experience and understanding of Infrastructure as Code, Automation, and Orchestration
Experience deploying web and service-based applications in Windows/Linux environments
Demonstrate experience and knowledge involving the development of multi-tier and cross-platform architecture plans to include enterprise workflows, and distributed intranet/internet architecture
A background in general security practices such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, multi-factor authentication, security information and event management (SIEM), and supporting technologies
Superior communication (verbal and written), problem solving, collaboration, presentation, executive presence and interpersonal skills
Broad knowledge and experience across IT infrastructure with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant security-related regulations
Must be a US Citizen
