The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence(COE) supports Deloitte s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closingsales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals andManaging Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled effortsin securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncoveropportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuitprocess and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the salesprocess.

Work You ll Do:

In addition to onboarding andoverseeing the day to day activities of the Lead & Senior BDA s, the BusinessDevelopment Analyst (BDA) Manager will work with the Marketing Automation Team,Channel Sales Management (CSM), and Sales Executive (SE) teams assigned to acampaign and will be at the front lines of the sales process. The BDA Manager will perform a wide varietyof activities focused on managing BDA workloads and campaign assignments,including but not limited to developing scripts, reporting lead metrics,developing BDA s; in addition to managing incoming sales leads of their own,qualifying them, and providing handoff and support to the appropriate salesteam as needed throughout the sales process. The Business Development Analyst Managerwill provide feedback and input to the Marketing Automation Team & Mercuryteams on enhancements and modifications that would increase BDA clientinteraction success.The role involves:

  • Managing distribution of leads to BDAs

  • Monitoring BDA activity for quality

  • Working with BDAs to create scripts and templates specific to campaign activities

  • Providing Sales and Marketing teams with leads produced by BDAs along with reporting metrics

  • Monitoring and record BDA Performance in Deloitte s Performance system

  • Managing personal leads assignments: Establishing contact with identified leads by phone and monitoring progress

  • Qualifying leads and share relevant marketing and/or eminence materials to develop the lead

  • Handing off strong leads to the Sales Executive team

  • Building strong cross functional relationships with all members of the Alliance and Marketing teams

  • Staying current on Market trends, alliance news and business issues clients may be facing

  • Supporting Channel Sales team by sharing relevant thought leadership, client and marketplace news

  • Proposing ideas for alliance team to connect with clients, includingcustomization of Deloitte eminence materials and distribution of relevantthought-leadership to key stakeholders
