Work You ll Do
Work on high-value enterprises and lead technology strategy across a broad team of cross-functional resources within an enterprise account; partner with product managers and oversee the technical aspects of engagements and the corresponding executive relationships; define and execute technology strategies through engaging highly-technical teams; analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, and reengineer processes to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy; develop Detail-As-Is Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document), Detail-To-Be Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document); conduct RPA High-Level Assessments; develop RPA client architecture and solution proposals focusing on scalability and extensibility; work with product owners and business analysts to develop high-level project plans for implementation projects; provide continuous advice to RPA developers and product owners during project delivery; analyze application portfolios, identify dependencies and common infrastructure platform components, and assess migration feasibility; oversee compliance to standardize procedures and best practices and create new policies and processes as needed; guide the strategic technical direction, operations, and maintenance for Robotic Process Automation products and/or solutions; lead and oversee the development of all RPA projects for a product suite; and manage all design and development aspects of the Agile SDLC for multiple RPA projects.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Four years of experience architecting, designing, and developing enterprise application platforms.
In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree and six years of experience as noted above.
Experience must include four years of:
Assisting in implementations and rollouts at client locations, including infrastructure architecture design, deployments, loading database from Excel, and user trainings;
Assisting sales teams by conducting product demonstrations and preparing implementation proposals; and
Experience must include three years of:
Providing technical leadership to drive RPA design and implementations in enterprises and customer care centers and financial institutions, and architecting, designing, and developing enterprise grade RPA solutions;
Reviewing process automation to determine process maturity and develop enhanced automation solutions;
Implementing security compliance controls, including OWSAP, SOX, Pll compliance, enterprise security, and risk management controls;
Assisting with software design and development, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, IP networking, IT security and enterprise applications deployments;
Leading transformation engagements, including developing cost breakup analysis and future state solution design;
Providing high-level architecture and low-level design for data transfers reading from structured (Excel) and unstructured sources (PDF); and
Utilizing various RPA technologies, including Automation Anywhere and UiPath and other technologies, including Node-JS, Apache-PDF-Box, and Burp Security Scanner.
