Work You ll Do
Advisory Manager in Cyber Risk to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Five years of experience designing, implementing, and testing IAM solutions.
Experience must include five years of:
Preparing compliance documents based on NIST-800-53 and IRS 1075 standards;
Working with cross-functional teams;
Preparing client-ready technical documentation for requirements, gap analyses, transition strategies and security reference architectures based on NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and NIST 800-53 standards;
Designing and deploying IAM solutions, including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint IdentityIQ and Microsoft ADFS;
Working in the Public Sector industry with HHS departments within State governments.
Experience must include three years of:
Designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for health care systems and integrated eligibility systems;
Assisting and providing input during the creation of business requirements and functional design;
Liaising with executive level personnel;
Leading client facing meetings;
Leading teams with multiple work streams through the full life cycle of an engagement; and
Mentoring and coaching junior staff.
Position requires approximately 90% travel.
