Work you'll do

As a Workday HCM Payroll Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Serve on the Workday Payroll functional team and provide support to the HCM Remediation Team for a Workday Financials Implementation where Workday HCM had been implemented first

  • Create and/or support project deliverables, following best practices and taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams

  • Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others

  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

    • Seek out opportunities for professional growth and expansion of your consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 years of experience serving clients in the higher education industry on Workday HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, or support

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

    Preferred:

  • Previous Workday Payroll implementation experience

  • Experience with Payroll costing

  • Knowledge of payroll effort certification
