Required
12+ years' relevant consulting and/or industry experience but skills should include managing a large business development and managed revenue quota. Candidates must have extensive experience selling management consulting services. At least 60% of this position will be managing business development and managed revenue quota.
Deep industry experience in the financial services space - should be considered an "industry expert" in this space - banking, insurance, investment banking, etc.
At least 10 years of experience defining testing strategy for large-scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle and leading testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing - system integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
At least 10 years of experience driving the quality assurance processes and gaining delivery buy-in from executive leadership
At least 10 years of testing experience in different environments including one or more of the following: client-server, service-oriented architecture, web-based, mainframe-based, and three-tiered architectures
Experience with the following: MicroFocus UFT, Rational Tooling, and Open Source Automation tools (ex: Selenium, Cucumber, OpSoapUI, Postman, RESTassured, Mockito)
Experience working with test and defect management tools
Experience working with at least one scripting language - Shell, VBScript, Perl, or Python and experience with Source Control Systems (SVN or GIT).
Experience with Build tools like Maven or CircleCI and experience with automated reporting.
50% national travel is required.

Preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the eagerness to mentor and grow junior staff
Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, engineering, or a related discipline
Testing expertise - a deep understanding of test planning and delivery challenges; experience implementing industry standard testing methodology and tools including best practices specific to test planning and execution processes
Ability to communicate clearly across project teams
An understanding of various testing techniques - white-box, black-box, load testing, coverage testing, regression testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
