Deloitte Master Data Management Product Owner, Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions in Charlotte, North Carolina
As the Master Data Management (MDM) Product Owner in Deloitte's Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions team, you will lead the evolution of our MDM capabilities aligned to business & data strategies. You will work closely with business leaders, and global stakeholders to define Master Data Architecture standards, governance and drive data capabilities adoption.
Work you'll do
Lead the continued evolution and integration of our Master Data Management capabilities across the Audit & Assurance practice, establishing standards and providing influential leadership to drive cultural change, adoption, & governance.
You'll collaborate with team members to establish full scale data solutions incorporating best of breed capabilities including; Data Quality, Data Anonymization, Data Discovery & Classification, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Data Integration.
Responsible for defining and delivering innovative Enterprise Data Services to realize the data capabilities that are core to our data strategy.
Collaborate with and influences solution architects, engineers & delivery teams to incorporate Master Data architecture approaches into solutions.
Develop talent and the next data functional leaders.
Bachelors in Computer Science (CS), Business MIS, or equivalent experience. Masters in Business Administration, CS or equivalent degree is preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and demonstrate business value.
Ability to create compelling positioning, messaging, and strategy. Present complex information concisely through written and verbal communication.
Advanced people leadership skills, including developing others.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on MDM experience, establishing MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality and Data Governance.
Minimum of 4 years of MDM experience that focuses on driving MDM roadmaps in the Accounting or Financial Services domain.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in full life cycle MDM project development from functional design to deployment.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data services integration (batch and/or API).
Experience in defining market and product requirements, working with delivery teams to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services.
Strong systems and application delivery ability.
Experience in Professional Services or Financial Services in Global organizations.
Experience with Informatica MDM 10.3 or greater.
Experience with Informatica Axion or similar governance tools. Experience with global or multi-node scale MDM deployments.
