Work you ll do

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you ll function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. You ll gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. No day is the same at Deloitte and on any given day, you could be helping our clients define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, test custom technology solutions, or support system implementation.

The team

Commercial Excellence & Experience

Our Commercial Excellence & Experience team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the creative digital consultancy real and in doing so, make new markets.

You ll have the opportunity to serve our clients in the following areas:

Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | deliver sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities

Digital Experience | create engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

Qualifications Required

4 years of work experience

2 years of leading / managing a work stream

Ability to work in and manage teams

Exposure to technology in the workplace

Ability to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to successfully manage client interaction

Ability to work in teams

Ability to juggle multiple priorities

Adaptable

Ability to begin work within 4-6 weeks from the time an offer, if made, is accepted

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

Previous consulting experience

Project, product or program management experience

Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations

Work experience in a domain related to the back office technology

Familiarity with major ERP implementation phases

Ability to create presentations to guide client interactions
