Work you ll doTheHR Solution Provider Research Managerwill develop research in support of Bersin s reputation as a leading source of expertise on HR vendors/solution providers. S/he will participate in vendor days, analyst briefings, and interviews to maintain a broad perspective on the Solution Provider landscape, as well as conduct multiple deep-dives each year in a given area of the vendor landscape (e.g., talent management, learning platforms, people analytics). S/he will collaborate with market-facing analysts to ensure that they have regular updates on Solution Provider trends in their areas of expertise, and work with content strategy experts to ensure that Bersin is bringing these insights to market in a timely, compelling way. Finally, the person in this role will manage at least one person doing supporting research. Research ResponsibilitiesUse qualitative research techniques to maintain in-depth expertise on trends across the solution provider landscape.Collaborate with market-facing analysts to identify 4-6 areas per year for timely, focused research and publication.Work with content strategy experts to create articles, infographics, videos, and other content to provide timely analysis of the vendor landscape.Insights Team ResponsibilitiesProvide verbal and written briefings for market-facing analysts and member advisors on relevant trends in their areas of expertise. Qualifications:5 years of experience conducting research related to solution providers with a similar research firm or consultancy, or with a leading Solution Provider2 years in a mid-level leadership role.Strategic thinking and business skills, with ability to understand key market drivers that contribute to operational and financial success.Highly effective presentation development and delivery skills to internal and external audiences.Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support.BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, research, or related discipline.Ability to travel up to 25% of time.Preferred:10 years of experience doing research related to solution providers with a related analyst or research firm or consultancy.Deloitte Consulting LLPDeloitte Consulting LLP is one of the world's leading management consulting organizations for executable strategy, operations, technology, and human capital advisory services.
