It combines behavioral methods, analytics, technology and experienced facilitation to create an experience that can bring about extraordinary results for clients.One of the largest account teams has invested in a dedicated Studio space located in Charlotte, NC. The Charlotte Studio is an undertaking to bring a customized Greenhouse experience to Global Crown Jewel clients and drive an account wide lab strategy helping clients achieve breakthroughs in high priority areas like Digital Finance, Technology, Operations and Innovation.Work you ll doThe Greenhouse Experience Lab Manager will be responsible for supporting the client teams with facilitation of lab requests in the Charlotte Studio, and where applicable, some mobile or global lab sessions. The Greenhouse Experience Lab Manager will be an ambassador, designer, and facilitator for the repeatable Deloitte Greenhouse offerings and the Greenhouse Signature Lab Offerings.Lab Design and ExecutionDeveloping deep knowledge of lab offerings and custom design approaches, guiding design and delivery tailored to clients; focusing on a high-quality and consistent experiences at the Charlotte Greenhouse location for all levels of lab visitors.Demonstrating strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to understand and address client challenges and draw out key talking points; selecting speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience.Managing the coordination and execution of lab design, lab day, post work and ongoing activities, which includes leading pre-planning calls; driving and customizing lab design and planning to align with account team / client needs; working with client teams to plan for and dry-run impactful client sessions by tailoring the Lab, recommending demonstrations to be shown, tailoring demo stories where relevant, and helping to formulate the agenda.Working with business and external partners as needed to construct and orchestrate custom Labs.Bringing wide-ranging experience, professional concepts, and functional area / Deloitte objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways; bringing personal subject matter expertise to play where relevant. Program ManagementSupporting point of contact for Studio lab requests. The point of contact represents Greenhouse Experience services and balances requests across multiple stakeholders.Promoting lab sessions when interacting with account team in support of the team s goals.Reviewing and supporting Charlotte Studio communications, as needed.Working collaboratively with the Account team members, promoting teamwork and high quality deliverables.Contributing to the overall Greenhouse Experience program through new Lab offerings, tools, processes, etc.Researching and testing creative / innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Studio and broadly.Reviewing lab / experience evaluations submitted by lab attendees and tracking results and progress of the labAct as a liaison between the National Greenhouse team and the Charlotte Studio to ensure access to the latest best practices, resources and support necessary. The teamThe Greenhouse Experience Lab Manager will be trained in the design techniques, facilitation best practices and repeatable offerings by the New York Greenhouse and will be an active member of the broader Greenhouse community in New York. This role will be dedicated to design, delivery and facilitation of labs for the account team. The role will report to the Client Leaders with a dotted line to the NY Greenhouse team.. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be a high-performing Manager with strong project management skills, good facilitation/presentation skills, an interest in analytics and data visualization, a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role.Required:Minimum of 3 years direct experience serving Deloitte clients, delivering services through a function.Well-developed analytical skills - ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete bullet points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes.Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable.Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity.Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills. Manages risks-knowing what and when to escalate issues to the Greenhouse Experience Leader.Charlotte, NC area based practitioner, with estimated up to 25% travel.
