Consulting Marketing | Web Digital Experience Strategy (Enabling Manager)

Work you'll do

• Develop cutting-edge winning web strategies to measurably improve the customer experience for web visitors that drive positive business outcomes

• Oversee long-term strategy, planning and ongoing programs for the Consulting marketing web presence at the intersection of user experience, business priorities and technology infrastructure

• Outline business requirements for website architecture, design and functional improvements and test development work to ensure requirements and brand standards are met

• Own the overarching site map, including recommendations on the development of templates, in coordination with UX, to support; continually identify opportunities to up-level templates and evolve the site map, as needed, to accommodate business and/or user experience priorities

• Ensure SEO strategy aligns with site architecture, and coordinate with SEO and web analytics tracking, updating, reporting and best practices

• Craft data-driven, iterative pilot programs that enable validation and experimentation of site experiences to improve KPIs such as conversion rate, lead quantity and quality, and ROI

• Coordinate with web developers, both internal and external, to oversee website improvement initiatives and page creation on web properties

• Manage budget for web strategy programs and projects



• A minimum of 10-12+ years of experience encompassing UX/UI, web design, large-scale web implementation projects, and digital marketing / content strategy

• Extensive experience optimizing website usability for demand generation and conversion within B2B (professional services or highly-matrixed organizations preferred)

• Extensive experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager experience required)

• Extensive experience with SEO, SEM and web analytics (Adobe Analytics Preferred)

• Extensive experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)

• Experience with social media and its integration into web marketing strategy

• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including internal business and marketing teams as well as a web of external agencies to support

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, including the ability to prioritize and delegate projects with clear and strategic direction

• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, clients and projects with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Project and time management expertise

• Writing, content strategy and editorial expertise

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
