Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant in Charlotte, NC and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions and help create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Define systems strategy, and support procedures for implementation. Develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions. Work with clients to advise, design, implement, and deploy strategy for Cloud based customer management systems and technology solutions in the digital content space. Develop Tabs, Components and Visual Force Pages and Controllers for customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, and client requirements. Design and develop Workflow rules, Tasks, Formula fields, Field Updates, Record Types and Report Types using salesforce (force.com) platform. Integrate Salesforce Sales and Service clouds with peripherals and applications with the help of managed and unmanaged packages. Capture data and analytics using SFDC import and export wizard to migrate changes from SandBox to Production using Force.com migration tool, ANT, and Change sets. Perform implementation of picklists, dependent pick lists, lookup, master detail relationships, validation and formula fields to custom objects. Design, build and transform CRM systems for clients on cloud based applications including Salesforce. Create field mapping between Legacy CRM system and salesforce to migrate Account, Contact, Leads and Contact Address related data from Legacy CRM system to salesforce. Work on SOQL & SOSL for data manipulation needs of applications using platform database objects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Consultant, a Technical Consultant, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Developing Tabs, Components and Visual Force Pages and Controllers for customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, and client requirements;

  • Designing and developing Workflow rules, Tasks, Formula fields, Field Updates, Record Types and Report Types using salesforce (force.com) platform;

  • Integrating Salesforce Sales and Service clouds with peripherals and applications with the help of managed and unmanaged packages;

  • Capturing data and analytics using SFDC import and export wizard to migrate changes from SandBox to Production using Force.com migration tool, ANT, and Change sets;
