The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with exceptional expertise in Kyriba technology and treasury transformation to join our Treasury practice. In this role, you will be the go-to Kyriba expert, bringing your in-depth knowledge of Kyriba's capabilities to our consulting services. Your responsibilities will encompass treasury and risk management strategies, M&A, treasury transformations, and leveraging Kyriba's technology solutions to drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute treasury transformations utilizing Kyriba technology, covering areas such as cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management & accounting, and financial risk management.

  • Serve as the primary Kyriba expert, providing guidance on Kyriba's features, functionalities, and best practices.

  • Lead and develop teams delivering Kyriba-based technology transformation services to Fortune 500 corporations, including treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (e.g., SWIFT, multibank reporting), vendor selections, organizational and process enhancements, and Kyriba TMS implementations.

  • Provide advisory services in treasury, risk management, and technology with a particular emphasis on Kyriba.

  • Play a pivotal role in client communication, relationship development, and retention, showcasing your Kyriba expertise.

  • Ensure that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan specifications and deadlines, with a focus on Kyriba solutions.

  • Develop tools, methodologies, and assets for project delivery, tailored to Kyriba implementations.

  • Contribute to expanding our service offering and driving business growth through participation in sales, proposal development, and the formulation of new Kyriba-based business strategies.

  • Mentor junior professionals, helping them develop their Kyriba proficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 4-7 years of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with a strong focus on Kyriba technology.

  • Experience with Kyriba-based treasury transformations, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.

  • Proven ability to lead a team and establish credibility as a trusted Kyriba advisor with clients.

  • Working knowledge of cash management, FX, debt capital markets, and interest rate risk management with an emphasis on Kyriba solutions.

  • Familiarity with Kyriba system implementation lifecycles.

  • Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • General understanding of the interplay between business, security, technology, and industry issues and characteristics.

  • Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA credentials are preferred.

  • Existing relationships with the Kyriba user community is a significant plus.

This compensation range is specific to New York State, Jersey City, California and Colorado takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 - $188,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
