What You ll Do

As a participant in the Engagement Controller Mentorship Program (ECMP), you will be paired with a Deloitte professional in our Engagement Controller practice. Throughout the program, your Deloitte mentor will act as your guide as you navigate various aspects of Deloitte and the Engagement Controller practice. You will have the opportunity to:

Build a relationship with a Deloitte Consulting Engagement Controller professional

Learn about Deloitte s inclusive culture

Explore professional opportunities with Deloitte Consulting Engagement Controllers

Gain advice on your future career and prepare yourself for your college recruitment experience

Qualifications

  • Sophomore standing in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021

  • Pursing a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related area

  • Strong academic track record(minimum GPA of 3.2)

How You ll Grow

In this program, mentees will participate in calls and/or meetings with their Deloitte mentors to discuss various topics and begin their exploration of Deloitte and the Engagement Controller practice. The program will begin in January 2019 and run through May 2019. Mentees will build their network by engaging with Deloitte professionals and other students through in-person events and virtual connections. Participants will have the option to continue participation in the program through the remainder of their collegiate career.
