Video/Motion Designer Manager

The Video/Motion Designer (manager) concepts, designs, and develops innovative marketing assets that engage our clients, build the Deloitte brand, and deliver on business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, executes, and art directs advanced visual concepts, themes, and comps for high-impact deliverables and assets, including storyboards, explainer animations, 3D assets, titles, composites, cinemagraphs, video executive summaries, narrative videos; conduct video/photo setups and shoots

  • Provides advice on effective composition, media selection, presentation impact, and style definitions in the development of various project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction

  • Translates creative briefs into understandable and compelling assets that enhance communication, persuade viewers, and distinguish the Deloitte brand; factor in client feedback, legal guidelines, and other requirements

  • Provides guidance to designers and junior designers in the development of new templates, graphics, media, and other communication vehicles

  • Leads the team in the development of new templates, graphics, media, and other communication vehicles

  • Leads and manages projects; Presents and sells creative concepts to senior leaders

  • Develops training for graphic designers to enhance project deliverables, including storyboards, explainer animations, 3D assets, titles, composites, cinemagraphs, video executive summaries, narrative videos; Conducts video/photo setups and shoots

  • Monitors effectiveness of creative assets using standard dashboards
