Work you ll do
As a consultant, you will be expected to consistently perform in a variety of challenging roles, contribute to team deliverables, responsibly manage your time, develop your skill set, and deliver creative, compelling insights to our clients. Typical project responsibilities of a consultant could include:
Supporting work plans for specific components of an engagement
Coordinating activities within a work stream
Analyzing large, confidential, and complex data sets
Participating in client interviews and meetings
Developing process flows to identify challenges and opportunities in business processes
Conducting detailed analyses, drawing conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations
Producing deliverables with management direction
Presenting findings and recommendations to project leadership
Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on heart of the business issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.
Bachelor s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record.
Combination of 3 years of consulting and payment industry or 5 years of consulting in AJB, Certegy, Solutran, Vantiv, Worldpay, Adyen, Paymetric, First Data, Tsys, Total Systems, debit and credit card processing, Cards or Payments BCP/Disaster Recovery, experience with referential merchant processing payment platform architectures, cards experience at a major retailer, Verfone, Ingenico, card authorization, payment settlement, merchant acquiring
Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous setting
Commitment to personal and professional growth.

Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
Performed above expectations in previous professional roles
Willingness and ability to travel 100%
Must live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte s consulting offices
