The Deloitte Encore Program was specifically designed to enable seasoned professionals who have left the workforce for six months or more to return to work. This paid, eighteen-week program offers an opportunity to enhance your skills while providing you a role in a client service environment. A network of Deloitte professionals will be assigned to provide you with relevant training and mentorship and will help support your professional growth while you gain hands-on experience. You may also have the opportunity to join the team upon successful completion of the program.
The Deloitte Encore Program will run from approximately April to July 2021. Whether it leads to a full-time career or serves to sharpen skills that will help you to take the next step into the job market, the Deloitte Encore Program is a great opportunity to reignite your professional career.
Work you’ll do
You will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve meaningful business problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients across a broad base of industries. You will have opportunities to support the implementation of technical solutions to our clients’ most complex programs, ranging from standing up cloud infrastructure solutions for Fortune 500 companies, designing dashboards to enable business users to comprehend complex processes, or even developing a technology strategy to support executive-level business objectives. You can capitalize on our cross industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization.
Four-year degree required with 3 years of relevant prior experience (excluding internships)
Experience working on projects related to custom software development with a deep knowledge of SDLC;
basic testing and development concepts.
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now, or at any time in the future
Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, CI Methodologies;
Program management skills in a Technology related environment
