Work you'll do

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with senior defense clients who oversee a portfolio of enterprise information technology and acquisition programs and branches. The consultant will be instrumental in advising on strategic choices, change implementation, and implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies to optimize division performance.

Key responsibilities include:-Coordinate bi-weekly engagements with senior client leaders to address operational challenges-Plan, facilitate, and execute senior leader off-sites to include measurable objectives and key results-Implement and enhance strategic tools in alignment with senior leader objectives (e.g., integrated master schedules, dashboards, knowledge management)-Support senior leader transitions by developing transition support materials and briefings

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • Travel up to 10%

  • 3+ years of experience briefing senior leadership with actionable, data-driven information

Preferred:

  • Military Leadership experience

  • PMP Certification

  • PowerBI Presentation experience

  • Strategic and Operational Planning
