Work you ll do:

Supply Management/Sourcing &Procurement Sr. Managers will lead and deliver large, complex clientengagements that identify, design, and implement creative business andtechnology solutions for large companies.

Sr. Manager level responsibilitiesinclude:

Providing service excellence byidentifying key client business issues, determining client needs bysupplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovativeapproaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendationsfor the client in the context of the overallengagement.

Implement and oversee the quality ofdeliverables and effectively manage the team and day- to-day relationships toensure exceptionalperformance.

Participate in the development andpresentation of proposals for business developmentactivities.

Lead sales anddelivery for large Sourcing & Procurement engagements or components of verylarge, complex, globalengagements.


Sr.Manager's will also have the following preferred skills:

A minimum of 12 years consulting and/or industry experience is required, with the Ability totravel up to80%.

Experience with delivery of Sourcing& Procurement projects from the strategy through implementation phases witha focus on Project Oversight/large-scale Project Management, business processreview and organizationalchange.

Experienceincluding direct and indirect spend, materials, category management, andspend/purchasing,

Experience with operational procurement,demand management and vendor/supplier management, and demandmanagement

Experience with large data-sets andoptimizationmodeling

Ability to work independently; lead smallteams focused on work-streams of largerprojects.

Strong oral and written communication anddocumentation skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MSPowerPoint,etc).

Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise maturejudgment.

Eagerness to mentor juniorstaff.

A Bachelor's Degree is required

Advanced degree ispreferred.
