Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliver heart of the business projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients enterprises.
As an Oracle Senior Manager in our TMT practice, you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
10 years of consulting experience with deep domain and expertise working with clients in the Technology sector, high-tech companies in software, semiconductor, cloud, analytics, cyber networking and personal computing or equivalent experience working directly for a firm in the high-tech space.
At least 8 years-experience implementing Oracle Technology including Cloud apps, Oracle Cloud ERP.
Experience supporting and managing billing and revenue management projects.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 3 Oracle Cloud ERP full cycle implementations
Ability to drive both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and lead the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
Ability to travel 80%

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Ability to work independently; lead teams focused on specific work streams of large projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Deep understanding of sector ecosystems and how our clients can create value in dynamic, non-linear value chains
Ability to interface with senior client executives, and to create compelling presentations and analyses in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Living within a commutable distance of one of Deloitte s consulting offices
