SAP Functional - CRM Service Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Functional - CRM Service expert who also in well versed with ECC- Order to Cash process for SAP implementation. You will be responsible for preparing milestone status reports, need to drive the functional design implementation verification and make sure we check all functionality as per design/ requirements as we come out of testing phase across process areas. You need to have complete understanding of SAP CRM solution integrated to ECC/ S4.

Confirming CRM design, testing, and reviewing requirements and aligning them to the overall solution.

Requirements:

• Must have 15+ years of full lifecycle SAP implementations specifically with SAP CRM service and integration with ECC experience in requirements gathering, design, configuration, development support, testing and deployment of end-to-end process.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Strong client facing consulting, communication, and analysis skills.

• 75% travel to the client site

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with both team members and client representatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong SAP CRM service and leadership experience.

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,950 - $208,250

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
