Production Support Manager Eligibility & Enrollment

Work you’ll do

Manage Production Support operations for a mission critical eligibility and enrollment system that administers social service benefits to our State Client. Track all changes to the production environment and validate changes post execution as well as monitor alerts/incidents for ongoing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Track failure on daily batches, MU: Owning RCA completion and implementation of any workaround/code fix

  • Track blocking incidents: Owning (root cause analysis) completion and implementation of any workaround/code fix

  • Lead and oversee technical analysis of any application issues caused due to infrastructure

  • Lead business monitoring analysis for any alerts that are generated by the system – Owning identification blockers, RCA completion and implementation of any workaround/code fix

  • Daily status reporting to the project leadership on status/priorities

  • Coordination, escalation and resolution of any major application issue

  • Interact with infrastructure, release management, DBA and application teams to get closure to any monitoring issue

  • SQL Query Microsoft Excel (MS Excel)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Ability to supportengagements of greater than average size and complexity

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth

  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
