Marketing Lead Specialist: Human Capital Marketing

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Consulting Marketing team to design and execute integrated narratives, messaging platforms, and marketing campaigns for Deloitte Human Capital Consulting that relentlessly build demand for our Brand. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience in brand, Human Capital/HR marketing and/or B2B professional services, with the ability to drive and manage a robust marketing program of Human Capital narratives and value propositions across our external and internal networks. Work You'll Do:
The Human Capital Consulting Marketing Lead Specialist will work with the Human Capital portfolio marketing team to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan with a focus on bringing creative and innovative approaches to the campaigns pertaining to the future of work, the workforce, and the workplace. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Developing and executing integrated go-to-market messages and campaign plans that serve Deloitte US Human Capital Consulting aligned to our master Brand
Campaign Development and Implementation: Executing against marketing strategy and messaging/narrative deployment through high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing
Market Sensing & Research: Identifying research needs and opportunities, executing research studies and projects, and analyzing research in order to stay current on market trends, competitive activity, business priorities
Content Strategy: Providing strategic input into all content and activations that support the strategic marketing plan in capturing client attention, including (but not limited to) narrative messaging and visual identity, website pages, social media postings, blogs, podcasts, sales enablement material, event experiences, and copy, while looking across channels to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and client experience
Thoughtware Execution and Commercialization: Facilitating go-to-market launch and promotion, including the creation and launch of our signature annual Human Capital Trends report
Event Support: Leading the charge on pre, during and post-event activities, including ROI capture and ongoing evaluation of our HC marketing event strategy of both in-person and virtual events
Data and Analytics: Developing data-driven reports that tell a compelling story against clearly defined KPIs, while articulating clearly defined and actionable recommendations against results
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration and Management: Working across multiple teams including the business leaders, internal and external communications, analyst relations, alliances, sales, and Deloitte's in-house agency
Budget Support: Tracking and managing fiscal year budget in collaboration with the broader Human Capitalmarketing team, including procurement and management of external vendors
Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on business marketing strategy and planning
Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Understanding of content and channel strategies and how they differ across the marketing funnel
Familiarity and demonstrable skill with market research, analytics, and synthesis into a story with actionable output
Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
Polished executive presence and professional client service manner
Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of management
Flexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related business field
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in human capital or HR-focused services and solutions
Previous experience in a professional services environment
