Work You ll Do

Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Work with clients on strategic business problems, improve business performance, drive shareholder value, and create a competitive advantage. Assist clients in making strategic decisions and implement business improvements in areas such as customer relationships, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and program leadership. Assist clients to address the full range of top management financial issues and strategies. Lead and drive business development efforts. Effectively manage teams with cross-functional skills and day-to-day relationships, assign tasks and activities to individual team members, monitor progress against plan and timelines and mentoring team members on skill and knowledge development. Develop and conduct feasibility analysis, business models, financial projections, organization development plans and funding requirements. Develop and analyze customer profiles, value chains, consumer demographics, spend pattern and transaction data. Assess macro-economic, regulatory environment, financial strength, infrastructure and resources for clients. Develop detailed strategies on growth, profitability, products, channel-mix, innovation and digital aspects. Analyze strategic and operational problems and develop key hypotheses regarding potential solutions. Develop solutions and tools to support strategic decision making, operational execution, analysis problem, financial models with long term projections of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and technology platforms to increase efficiency and solution effectiveness. Build a comprehensive understanding of key macro-economic and industry trends, business scenarios, leading research, and key challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Management Consultant, Analyst or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing and conducting feasibility analyses, business models, financial projections, organization development plans and funding requirements for the firm;

  • Developing and analyzing customer profiles, value chains, consumer demographics, spend pattern and transaction data;

  • Assessing macro-economic, regulatory environment, financial strength, infrastructure and resource data for clients;

  • Developing detailed strategies on growth, profitability, products, channel-mix, innovation and digital aspects;

  • Analyzing strategic and operational problems and developing key hypotheses regarding potential solutions;

  • Developing solutions and tools to support strategic decision making, operational execution, analysis of problems, extensive financial models with long term projections of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and technology platforms to increase efficiency and effectiveness of solutions;

  • Building comprehensive understandings of key macro-economic and industry trends, business scenarios, leading research, and key challenges.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
