Infor Managers at Deloitte We are helping manufacturing clientstackle the toughest questions from designing new manufacturing processes toincrease flexibility, reduce lead time & reduce costs, to managing safetystock. This also includes investing in operational strategies and tactics thatdeliver these services to customers through enterprise program management, andbusiness process optimization in distributed networks, outlets, back offices,and other functions.

Workyou ll do

Our work mainly supports finance and supply chain transformationswhere the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.However, our engagements are about more than implementing technology we workto generate sustainable business outcomes for our clients and professionalshave the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across networks.

The team

ERP SaaS

Our ERPSaaS team focuses on implementing cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday andInfor. This unique mix of technologies differentiate themselves from on-premise/ cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • 2 years of experience leading work streams or small teams

  • 5 ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member or team lead

  • Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 2 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training

  • Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to:

  • Manufacturing operations

  • Supply Chain Management and Planning

  • Customer Order Management

  • MDM

  • Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing full life cycle Infor Cloud Suite implementation; Infor M3 Supply Chain

  • Other leading Cloud based SaaS application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite, Baan, Movex, JBA, Mapics, Lawson)

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization

  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes

  • Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation

  • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

  • Willingness to mentor junior staff

  • Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries

  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to collaborate with clients
