Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Boston, MA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Supervise the design and configuration of Workday global implementation for core HR, employee and manager self-service, talent management, and absence management processes. Design workshops for Human Capital Management functional areas using Workday. Develop global and local design documents utilizing Microsoft office tools. Develop end-to-end processes in human resources: employee data, staffing, position, job requisitions and translations using Workday iloads and setup configuration. Plan and execute conversion cycles, assist client with data validation and ensure that data is correctly loaded in Workday. Oversee and assist with data mapping Human Resources systems utilizing Oracle and SAP. Analyze client current state processes, and future state requirements to streamline business processes globally and improve employee experience. Troubleshoot and resolve conversion issues to identifying product and requirement gap areas within Workday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Information Systems Management or a related field.

  • Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing HR Transformation consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Designing workshops for Human Capital Management functional areas using Workday;

  • Developing global and local design documents utilizing Microsoft office tools;

  • Developing end-to-end processes in human resources: employee data, staffing, position, job requisitions and translations using Workday iloads and setup configuration;

  • Planning and executing conversion cycles, assisting client with data validation and ensuring that data is correctly loaded in Workday;

  • Overseeing and assisting with data mapping Human Resources systems utilizing Oracle and SAP;

  • Troubleshooting and resolving conversion issues to identifying product and requirement gap areas within Workday.

  • 80% travel required.
