Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager – Enterprise Operations, Supply Chain and Network Op in Boston, Massachusetts and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Advising, implementing, and operating transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Overseeing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal Pricing strategies. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Engaging in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirming these with client leadership. Conducting prototyping, product development, testing and delivery of client solutions including technology solutions. Leading design (functional, process and product) and project delivery for supply chain center of excellence (coe), technology coe and client engagements focused on digital supply networks. Developing and executing data engineering and data science strategy to drive insights, including leveraging cloud solutions on amazon web services (aws) and azure, data Analysis on python, excel and tableau and code development using core technology frameworks. Designing data and process conversion and harmonization strategies for migrating legacy data to enhanced integrated solution, including enterprise resource planning (erp) migration, process centralization, and new solution development. Defining supply chain strategy based on detail data analysis of inventory, procurement, logistics and full-time equivalent (fte) data. Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, predictive modeling tools, and excel models to produce analysis and algorithms to enable decision making. Creating standard operating procedures (sops), establishing training guidelines and documentation and conducting live trainings for client stakeholders, including supply chain back office process maps, sops, and best practices playbooks. Manage 2 senior consultants and 4 consultants.

  • 80% travel required to various unanticipated deloitte office locations and client sites Nationally.

  • Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Requires a master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering (any field), Business administration, supply chain management or a related field and two (2) years of work Experience in the job offered or in the field of enterprise operations, supply chain, or related Occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering (any field), business administration, supply chain management, or a related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive work experience in the job offered or in the field of enterprise operations, supply chain, or related occupation. Must have two (2) years of experience with:

  • conducting prototyping, product development, testing and delivery of client solutions Including technology solutions;

  • leading design (functional, process, and product) and project delivery for supply chain center Of excellence (coe), technology coe and client engagements focused on digital supply Networks;

  • developing and executing data engineering and data science strategy to drive insights, Including leveraging cloud solutions on aws (amazon web services) and azure, data analysis On python, excel and tableau and code development using core technology frameworks;
