Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, Finance & Enterprise Performance in Boston, MA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Work with clients to improve business performance, drive shareholder value, and create a competitive advantage. Advise clients in making strategic decisions and implement business improvements in areas such as financial management, supply chain, mergers & acquisitions, customer relationships, and program leadership. Optimize client portfolio of programs and projects by creating a structured approach to project management. Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the fields of business, finance, and technology, and provide the functional expertise to address the full range of top financial management related issues and strategies. Leverage existing data sources and create new ones to further current state analysis using analytics and modeling tools in order to identify potential procedural and financial improvements. Synthesize available information into an overall strategy by analyzing the key operational deficiencies, identifying the solutions available in the market and proposing a cohesive road map for business improvement. Develop client ready deliverables throughout each stage of the service delivery lifecycle. Develop templates for data analysis, process design, solution prototypes, and data migration strategy using MS Visio. Develop solution prototypes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere, Hyperion Data Management and Smartview. Design and implement leading practice finance systems requirements for Oracle Hyperion Planning and Automation Anywhere while facilitating formulation of finance business process requirements. Select, review, design and implement Oracle Hyperion and IBM Cognos including fit-gap analysis, tools, and data warehouses. Improve Performance Management capabilities for large organizations by enhancing forecasting, and lead budgeting and management reporting for revenue, cost of goods sold, general & administrative expense, and marketing spend utilizing Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Data Management and Smartview. Track the execution and risk of project, and create executive level reporting using SharePoint and Tableau. Develop project plans, track dependencies, assign ownership and manage risks using MS Project and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (any) or a related field.

  • Five years of experience in the above position, as an Analyst, or in a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing templates for data analysis, process design, solution prototypes, and data migration strategy using MS Visio;

  • Developing solution prototypes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere, Hyperion Data Management and Smartview;

  • Designing and implementing leading practice finance systems requirements for Oracle Hyperion Planning and Automation Anywhere while facilitating formulation of finance business process requirements;

  • Selecting, reviewing, designing and implementing of Oracle Hyperion and IBM Cognos including fit-gap analysis, tools, and data warehouses;

  • Improving Performance Management capabilities for large organizations by enhancing forecasting, and leading budgeting and management reporting for revenue, cost of goods sold, general & administrative expense, and marketing spend utilizing Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Data Management and Smartview;

  • 80% travel required.
